Not sure what year those were quoted for but you get the idea. For practical purposes I am 6'2" and my feet hang out pretty good through the door. I would definitely not be sleeping in there for the night but my wife has taken plenty of naps down there.

Forgot to mention I am 6'. Fully extended and feet do not hang out the door. There is a glass over plywood panel hiding the wiring behind the helm on the starboard side. By taking that panel out I could gain another foot of cuddy room on that side - but I don't really need to except when acessing wiring.

Those dims are from an 1986.....made that drawing myself...glad its still getting some use around here!

In my opinion, other than small kids hanging out in there the cuddy is not really functional for much else other than storage. Because of the flat top an adult has to do everything in there laying down....
