I've seen that happen before. Nothing like a good "oh s**t" moment to get the adrenalin flowing. It's good that the neutral drop didn't hurt the gear set.

Glad it all worked out for you Ridge, Mine totally fell off needless to say, I whilst I was on the Lake and was able to fix it using my on board tool bag.
My son (12 years old) top it off my asking me the ultimate question and I quote "How can you be so careless" to which I replied someday you understand during your trials and tribulations of life.
