That looks an awful lot like a very tasty kingfish (king mackeral) and not much like a cuda. check out the finlets running back to a forked tail. cudas have a big square tail. nice catch!

SkunkBoat, I stand corrected. After careful evaluation of the picture, you are absolutely correct! I can't believe I misidentify the fish. I was so pumped to landing a wahoo that I didn't pay close attention, although I am very surprised to have landed a king trolling at about 14-16 knots, a mistake most anglers make. But pictures don't lie.
