Actually. I have a Bay MFG 5" OMC extension kit that is exactly what your looking for. I had one on a 84 235HP that I recently got rid of and pulled the extension off of before selling the motor. They kit retails for 600.00 I'll sell the one I have have for 225.00. let me know if your interested Kamikaze

Like SKOOLS said, that's a crossflow engine in your pics. An 88 140 is a looper. I'm not sure if the V6 extension kit will work on a cross-flow as I believe they list a seperate one for the V4 crossflows.

Therm:
I agree its a Crossflow, however extension casting are the same for the kit numbers 506/507 regardless of the year of the motor ( crossflow or looper) through 2009 The only difference between the two kits is the bolt length in the rear. The kit I have will work fine. Check www.Baymfg.com for specifics. I have installed two and had have no issues what so ever. One on a 1984 235 and the other on a 1994 150. Check my gallery for pics.
