wellcraft deck problems?

maybe they will come along and help out with answer. i read the link thanks. seems to me it would be easier cutting the floor but leave the bottom skin on..peel the top off..get rid of ply.sand it to get some bite. put a thin coat of resin ..laydown ply..put top skin on same way..then fiberglass top back in . put im new so maybe someone can help out.. :-/
