80 would be great! I wish mine was 80. Like RW said, will it fit?
Gas is 6 lbs per gallon. You are only talking an extra 115 - 120 lbs (over a 60 gallon tank) which will be centered and weight distributed evenly through the hull. Do it if it will fit.

Talk about good range. Pair that with one of the efficient motors and you'll be going forever before a fillup.
