Chris you saying the the weight GVWR is good for us, you are using a lighter trailer no problem?

It's got rust on it by the license plate already. For an "almost new" trailer that's kinda strange. But truthfully it looks really sharp. Sweet looking hauler. Given that for safety reasons they always rate those things way under what they can actually carry I wouldn't let the weight worry you.

Looks like a pretty good trailer and the weight issue is no problem...it'll do that no sweat...
What kind of brakes?...if they are Tie-Downs...RUN!!...I ain't kiddin...

All right I will check on brakes Oz, is that a brand name of disk brakes?
Also the rust is not from the trailer but from a old boat that was stored on it and leaked a rust onto it.

Yes. Tie-Down is a brand of brake and brake parts. I have a set on my trailer. 3 years old and still working fine... but I've heard a lot of horror stories from other people about rust and things falling apart. Maybe mine are still ok cause I flush them after each trip?
