Well, HE double hockey sticks Yeah! That sounds like a plan. You will definitely need several more inches of prop though. I have been messing with my setup and I can turn the 23 Tempest to the limiter when light so I am stepping up to the 25 Tempest. I don't know if my 250 EFI Merc will turn it yet. My prop slip is a little high. Even if I was a little faster you will probably run cirles around me with fuel mileage.
Going to watch the go fasts in Sanford this weekend. I got the bug. I do have a 21p Thunderbolt (blades like the Mirage but without the exhaust relief holes) if you want to try it. Just a matter of shipping. Let me know. How many RPM do you plan to turn with that hot rod? |

Nice work bud.
