Glad they were able to fix yer up Hammer.
I look around and see guys who I thought were in good pretty good shape going to the hospital and I start to think that my crappy eating habits and stupid *** life style are going to catch up with me sooner or later so I too am cutting back and hopping on the treadmill now so here's wishing you the willpower to keep up the exercise and diet. Hey HAMMY,
do as your doctors tell ya. My dad had stints and bypass surgery, he then changed his diet, took up dancing (he is out 5 out of 7 nights per week) and he goes to the gym regular. His doctor tells him I don't know what your doing, but keep iy up, you are healthier now than you have beenn in a long time.
