Glad you're doin better Hammer! Take care of that ticker, its the only one ya got. I had ta change a few bad habits about 4-5 years ago. I've been on Lipitor every since and doin fine. Dont be a stranger round here!!

Hope you recover quickly Hammer.
Our work often leads to an unhealthy lifestyle, but you can change that with a little will power. Once its changed, you feel so much better. It's sad to say, I've only had ONE doughnut all year.

I'm just glad they caught it in time to stint yer @$$ in the 1st place!!!...like Wilson mentioned, that's like an oil change these days...good friend of mine has been stinted and re-stinted and is doin' GREAT!!...get you a new knock-out dude next time though...that ain't sposed to HURT...listen to the doc and stay the hell away from DD's...and hamburgers and milkshakes and all the good stuff...according to my doc..if it tastes good, SPIT IT OUT!!...
 ...but it beats checkin out early...
