14' mckee wood rot?

I may just do that. I am going to sell the bench seat off of it either way so blue runner i sent you a pm. At the very least I may put it in the water and see how it sits... Anyone know where the water line should be on one of these things? That would tell me how bad it is, or if it is even an issue.

Fist time I had mine in the water(with all the weight in the back and two adults), teh water line came up to the McKee emblem, I'm curious to how it will sit now
