A couple of years ago a corporate CEO, moved to Spartanburg and bought a half a million dollar house in Converse Heights...spent an additional 875,000 for addition wing to the original...doubled his floor space and the full gym on the basement level is nice...on a spring-loaded floor...

Nip the owners in florida for the winter so I send him a boat load of pics very night. he loves em.
