I would not blow off the pourable Seacast material it better and stronger the the wood/ fiberglass original transom..........

wow I'd say that is definately a crack I wont be much help with rebuilding it but hang in there, some of the experts will be here shortly I am sure with some more comments now that you have posted pics.

This may be a stupid question but the only stupid question is the only question not asked:

If you pour a new transom would you be able to put a 250 on the back? Why would you, just asking.
