are you referring to polyester resin and not west system epoxy? if it is poly resin, i would suspect the MEK.

Never had that problem. I bought all my poly resin from Carolina Classic boat builders. They sold me 3 gallons and the MEK for $15.00. Great folks! It kicked like crazy!

Thanks guys its got to be MEK, I am ashamed at myself to have this happen to me since I worked with over 4 gal of this stuff last summer..
I will test a small batch this weekend , I was glassing a peice of ply wood 2" x 14" to use as support/reinforcement for my anchor platform to be placed inside the cuddy under the deck I will post pictures once completed |
