| Why are the V 20's such a collectors boat?

In my opinion, aside from classic lines, the boat has an incredibly versatile design. Excellent for cruising, fishing, skiing, or anything else. Not too large, not too small. Great handling in all conditions. Comfortable shelter from bad weather for both the operator and passengers, a very important attribute that's missing on many center consoles, even larger ones. Plenty of storage. Highly customizable. Extremely solid construction (at least in my boat's vintage). Unique and very useful sliding cover access to the bow. I considered many boats before I saw the V-20 that I subsequently purchased and restored. It was love at first sight. For my purposes it's the perfect boat. Fitz |
