Cross country trips by vehicle are great.

I have driven from Reading, Pa. to Los Angeles, Ca. about 6 or 7 times to visit my sons.
I have helped my sons with teh drive as well and to save time we drove straight through, I drive daylight while they sleep and then I sleep at night. 32 hours is our record.
When my wife and I do it, we take different routes every time, so much to see.
The first trip my wife said to me, " what the 4e77 am I going to do in a car for 3 days with you"? After that first trip, she was so in awe of teh country, she can't wait for our next trips.

I always say to everyone, it is a trip worth taking.

Don't worry, I try not to vadalize police officers residences. LOL Besides, your V is not there so no reason to go over there anyway! Or is it?

Ya'll have fun and be safe! Hopefully I'll get to check out your blog. Its blocked of course. **SIGH**

We are having a blast!!! I don't have the V with me but as I sit here looking out on San Francisco Bay, I wish I had it.

Actually BR, I pulled the V home on its new trailer last time I went to the beach.....thats why I told the house sitter to watch out for you.

REEL, at least you can get groceries without driving to Shalotte now, I bet there are a few for sales in other spots.

Thanks for all the comments guys, I will check back when I can, yall have fun at work.

We are still at it, everyone should try to do a trip like this, it is so awsome to see our country this way.

BR and Reel, glad I got good insurance on the V!
