Got back Sunday, had a great time! All my 3 kids came down Wed and brought my grandkids. We took the V down to Pirates Cove and put it in and fished the inlet and sound. We caught some croakers and blues, but no flounder. I fished the surf around the Avalon Pier but only caught skates. My daughters boyfriend Matt works at Whalebone Tackle on the causeway and supplied me with fresh bait. I taught the wife a new game called the pirate and the slave girl, ha ha. She liked it!! The weather couldnt have been better. Overall we had an excellent vacation. Cant wait to go back!
