Whats the square footage and are you using a set of drawings or build as you go. I need to build something for my mom but don't want to get a contractor to do it. Any info you have will be appreciated. Thanks

16 x 24 = 384 sq, but I am doing a Gambril roof so I will have a 2nd floor for storage so that's 768 sq
Building from my head, no plans (now that's scary!!) I am not a builder at all and I have made a few mistakes and I am sure there will be a few more to come! But it will be solid and last as long s I am alive that's for sure.

Cost for the basic building is about $5000 I am sure after flooring the 2nd floor and doing the electric and water I will be at $6000

Heck my house is a ranch 30 x 24 768 sq, They are the same!! My wife asked if I was going to live in it, I said if need be!

Not wind talking at all. He means a gambrel roof. Kind of hard to describe, but it does exist. Just google gambrel roof and I think you will immediately recognize the style.
