WOW, really impressed MJ. Thats no shed, Thats an MJ garage for sure. Looking good.
What size ceiling rafters you going with ? I went with 2x12, but think that was over kill. Wish I would have gone with a 2x10 and save some cash.

My cousin came over today and wired up my garage. All I did was really watch, since I know crap about electriacl.

my only question is why you used those pre-fab deck supports and did not pour concrete footers? seems like you are going to have trouble down the road if one or two of those concrete holsters sinks in a hard rain....

Nice work MJ. All this garage talk is getting me inspired. I have a few too many balls in the air right now. Hopefully sooner than later I will embark on a quest to build the Blue Runner man cave LOL.

Thanks all.
CY the town will not allow any footings unless i was making it a permanent building then there is a whole host of things that had to be done ands lots more money to spend because of them!!
This way I call it a shed and i have no inspections or any other bull crap. All sand here and water does not sit on the ground, so mud not a bad thing here.
All I can do is build and see what happens over time?? Good practice for the next one, I have never built anything like this in my life!
