llabi...what's a "ballpark" for that...it REELY would make a great offshore fish-camp kinda place...heck...a bunch from Moultrie GA pooled $$$ and made Midway Island a fishin' resort...w/5,000 sq ft (and you could stack another story on that make it 10,000...get an old Huey to fy guests out and back...boats on lifts...rod-holders all around...

Now all we need a ??? million bucks and we'd have it knocked!!...

Sorry but I used my extra $12 Obama tax cut to buy a boat. I did have to finance it for 138.88 years.
