seems solid but if i wanted to fix itis there an easy way to do it like git rot or do i have to dig out the bad wood and fill it with something
I do read the post on transom fixes but i dont have the room or the time or tools to do it
if i had a repair shop do it how much do you think it would cost?

Do the redneck temporary fix: Git a biggur wasshur.
