I've had good luck with mine. It runs well. I've had it for 6 years now but I can see the day coming when it won't be worth the cost to repair it. I will be replacing the exhaust manifold and riser on mine this weekend. I found a slightly used set on ebay for $225.00. The cheapest I could find new parts were for $900.00 plus shipping. Parts like this are becoming very expensive because its an old motor that's been out of production for awhile now and there just not enough demand to keep the price down. So if you have one that runs well, go with it. If your looking at some major work, it's only gonna get more expensive.

Ive got the 170hp version and love it. Its been completely rebuilt and alots been upgraded. I got it up to 42 with 5 adults last summer. It was tached out and trimmed up. Ive had a few quirks to work out but its not been too painful. Somefolks dont like them but for me, if you're a little mechanicaly inclined they're OK.
