Mike, I have a hot tube as do many friends of mine. Most people get them and put them outside, this makes it much more costly to heat and keep clean. Many want to just give them away after a few years. If I wanted one I would keep an eye on the "free" listing in craigslist. Also mine is inside, this is very nice because it makes it so easy to use or just to keep empty. By the way, women love em!

Well, he's in a better place...you were VERY lucky!! I have the utmost respect for electrical current, partly because of what happened to "Gooby" (that was his nickname, cool, cool, fella). Goob would have been a millionaire after his dad passed some years later. His twin brother inherited the money but then he was killed in a motorcycle accident. Their dad owned a little Julery (won't let me spell it correctly) store. When he passed, his son found out that he had property all over the place that none of the family knew about. A couple of the properties were BIG lake-front homes.
