No sorry, I thought we just needed to weigh them. I had to get my 8 year old to take the picture and then I took the closeup of the scale with my right hand while holding the fish in the left. Also, I was trying not to keep him out to long as it was catch and release. If it helps, I am 5' 10" so you can compare it to the length of my torso. :)

I see this now in the original post:
"To add credence to your fish's weight, include a picture next to a tape measure and specify length (to 1/8th inches rounded up. "


Don't worry, I plan to do better anyway....just figured I'd get things started.

Well, looks like this thing will be over after tomorrow anyhow Looks like I've got a window of about 5 hours mid-day to do a little scouting...

Got chased by thunderstorms, but caught plenty of fish. Nothing to post about here, but will craft a fishing report shortly. Yesterday was more about teaching than fishing...

teaching them 2 youngens on how to bait your hook, fetch you a beer, and reel in your fish for ya??? sounds like you got it all figured out
