Thurmond (Clark Hill), Hartwell and Lanier are still down 15'. The others seem near summer pool level.
From what I remember about Clark Hill, 15' below full pool means no water at the end of most of the boat ramps. Lakes Hartwell and then Thurmond feed the Savannah River, it releases water on regular intervals for electricity generation. Reduced stream flow and lack of rain for the last three years associated with that basin has reports of crabs and shrimp being caught 25 miles further upstream than the saltwater habitat.
