unfortunately spare, i'll hafta do the repair while the boats in the water.
gonna wait til low tide and swap out the prop with the oem aluminum. if this doesnt fix (temporarily) the problem then my season is done. and that will suck. phukking suck.

Repalce teh prop like you said, if that doesn't fix you, you're coming out of the water regardless

Sure does sound like the prop to me especially that part about the RPM's shooting up. I know a good green jello diver that could probably swap that prop in a few seconds blindfolded with one hand tied behind his back...
