Yes it is aluminum, and the foam was holding water and thus caused some serious corrosion.

Just remember I got my bow rails from a member here "FLY" his number is 321-543-3858 , When I met him he did ask if I know anyone looking for a fuel tank!! Please call him maybe he still has it..Good luck ..
