3 letters for you, DFI. Them there direct injected motors can do pretty good now. I'd be happy to get 3.3 out of my flats boat, but that old 150 MERC likes to run.
Or in my case, HPDI. It's very efficient, and clean-running. Not as quiet as a 4-stroke, of course, but it's lighter than a 4, and if you're into the hole-shot it'll grab your attention.
