You recogn that is why you been havin problems with the Marine Tex setting up?
Normally below 70° you have to about double the amoumt of hardner to make it set or bring the resin and hardner inside to get to room temperature or use a heat gun to warm the material to the temp that the stuff likes to start setting. Or move to a warmer climate. Suggest any, except the last. You wouldn't survive the sandgnats.
