Thanks for the help. I have raised the loops and now I only put about 12 gal in each tank and so far no spray-out.

Fill it up and see next time. The setup you got should be a little better than the on I have. Mine is straight from the tank to the same location you have with 2-90° fittings between the two.
If it does spew while trailering just say "I'm returning back to nature" and keep driving.
