I believe that Overton's sells the seat that can be converted to a lounge seat. Also, Defender Industries http://www.defender.com/product.jsp?path=-1|7504|63440|782678&id=782611 sells the Wise seat.

I also just removed the original lounge seat from my '78 this past weekend. The covering is shot, but the hardware is ok for 30 years old. I'm in CT
