On the drift, these are summer flounder (fluke). Chumming is more for winter flounder, I think?

nice catch........ whats the bait of choice and rig? and whats the water temp and depth?

Bait of choice has been silversides drifted on a top / bottom fluke rig, some with bucktail, sometimes plain hook. Berkley Gulp 4" mullet on a red 3/8 oz jihead has been good too. Water depth has been from 6 to 25', pending the day and tide. I've been fishing waters from 52 to 58* so far this year. It was 55-56 when I had my best afternoon.

Go bloody up that boat Lumber, I'll take your word for it
