That is cheap Blue, I know I could find a top cheaper if I didnt go with the Sunbrella. My skiff has a Sunbrella top and its going on its fourth season and still looks like new. In my opinion Sunbrella is the only way to go, plus I hate that blue color top that every boat seems to have.

Default Didn't see this thread till about an hour ago.

Ordered from gmitopdesign last Friday.
One with stainless hardware, 2 sets of adjustable supports with stainless hardware and Sunbrella fabric.
Arrived this afternoon (while I was out to lunch), the box had been opened, the packing slip was missing off the front of the box and only one set of adjustable supports were in the box. Everything else seems to be there.
Sent an e-mail to the customer service dept to see what I should do next, waiting for responce.

Wasen't exactly what I thought. Will post pictures before and when assembled so ya'll can judge if you like them or not.
Alright Mulv, you're expected to do the same.

This is what I didn't expect.

I thought it would come with 3 bows made from 3 pieces of pipe, not 3 bows made from 10 pieces of pipe.
All the parts and hardware are very nice grade material, everything on their website is at least as good as they say and there is no way you can beat their price (at least adding the stainless stuff in the mix).
We'll see after installation if I can screw it up farther.

I ordered an extra set of adjustable supports to try something on the V (which didn't arrive).
Maybe that is already a sign not to try what I was thinking about doing.
Tell ya later.

Its not really that hard to assemble. I was really impressed with the quality of the materials and the thickness of the tubing.

I've only dealt with the ones made locally (which are beyond my budget) out of single pieces of pipe for each bow.
In all honesty, I was wondering how they were going to ship 72" x 80" box. It's just not practical, they have already figured that out.
The assembly proves to be easy, the instructions are very detailed, the pipes are color coded to their location and the bows are labeled.
Hell, I probably couldn't mess this up.
Like Mulv said about the quality, everything is better than the parts usually available at the boat shops.

And anybody needing parts and accessories needs to look at their stuff.

Got busy with a Hydro Sports project and didn***8217;t get to the V till late.
At least got stuff centered up and close, now ready to add correct hardware and bolt in place till I find out about the other two brackets.

Sorry about the poor pictures, but it is drunk and about late.
So much for trying to fish tomorrow.
