Was all welded by stick! I am not the best welder, A friend of mine did all the welding for me, he is always a little self doubting with his welding, But as you can see he has nothing to worry about!!
Thats a exact copy of the bracket I have on my V20 today!! Right to the T!!

I am going to weld up an aluminum bracket for my V. I probably won't start for at least a couple months. (coaching High School baseball right now is eating all my time) I used the thickness specs off of D&D's website. I have two very good friends who are mechanical engineers for Raycor. One of them did CAD drawings of all my han scribbled specs. I will post pics when I get started, also if I can figure it out, I will post the CAD drawings in order to get your guys imput.

P.S. Just read my E-mail. Thanks for the offer BigShrimpin, but It doesn't look like our timing will work. I must say your fiberglass work is sweet!

My aluminum bracket was 1/2 all they way around. The steel one was different as steel is at least twice as strong as aluminum, and heavy also!!
We tried to lighten the load by changing sizes were it wasn't necessary, and we still went to heavy! Take lots of pic's please!!
