Pull the motor and replace with a 350 smallblock.

I agree with all of ya'll.
We've got a "97 F150 with a 4.2l for a work truck. About every year for the last four years it keeps busting the vibration damper. I've almost got it down patt extracting the broken piece without removing the timing cover.
