Well, I think the Patriots got a little over confident going into the game and underestimated the Giants' desire to be champs. I heard talk that Bill B. wasn't too happy with the players seriousness the week before the game.
Congrats guys.

Well N.E. fans, recall last week I did say that the Giants were poised to hand N.E. a big upset[ after beating GreenBay].....but I honestly didnt think it was going to happen. Early super bowl Sunday afternoon my son and I were bike riding on the boardwalk. Beautiful day, 50*, sunny, 0 wind, water as flat as ice. My son says, "look daddy", as he points to a "message" written in the sand. In letters about 10 feet tall it says "N.E. 18-1". I stared at it for a moment and thought, "this is the sign, the Giants are going to win". Amazingly, they did, I couldn't believe it. That was right up there with the N.Y. Rangers winning the Stanley Cup in 1994 after a 54 year drought. N.E. obviously HAD a great season but I really don't think they took the Giants to seriously.
