hate to tell ya MJ but that guy is correct it's a Commerical Version they were built heavier and odd lengths. Parker is the same way they build alot of odd commerical boats that you don't see often and they usually look odd and super heavy.

Gee they so heavy to begin with!! Why go heavier?? Could hit a bridge with that one if thats the case!!

Ok, You think the guy really used $300 gallon bottom paint on a boat he is selling. I'm thinking more like $60.00 gallon at boaters world. I'v owned a Sea Ox and it was a great boat with a soft floor. My buddy owned a Sea Ox great boat soft floor, my neighbor just sold his Sea Ox great boat soft floor. I have seen several others for sale that either say new floor or soft floor or they try to just ignore the issue. Not sure why that is as these are well made boats but I have seen a bunch with floor issues.

well built boats older ones had soft floors new due to the stringers were to far apart and 1/2 but the newer ones are better with closer stringers and 3/4 floors. my sea ox has a solid no floor lol
