thanks how much set back on this one I was thinking 10 or 12 to get set back and the adjustment up and down

(sorry had to measure it) This one is a 5 1/2" setback and 5" vertical movement.

CMC does have a 2 1/2'' setback spacer available and a 10" setback jackplate.

Bracket is the way to go!! I would post mine but is a I/O conversion, not a transom redo

Personally, I like the idea of bracket-jack plate.
