There are some smilies available right now, but you have to turn on the window yourself: Go to user CP -> Edit Options -> Scroll all the way to the bottom and change Message Editor Interface type to "Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing." Click "Save Changes" The next time you respond to a thread or start a new thread, you should see the smiles table to the right of the message composition box. :D
