Standard crap Hammer good luck, and as much as I like hearing what be happening I would recommend you go back up and delete a couple of your posts. IMHO, there be eyes all over and somethings can be misinterperted.
On the platform you are looking good brother, nice job with the router, always wanted to learn how to use one, But in my opinion you need to drill holes or route slots, in that platform to allow water to pass thru easily otherwise it is going to act like a trawlers stabilizers but in the wrong way. In other words it will retard the rise and fall of the transom of your V as it bobs in the waves, which will cause your stern to not rise as it needs to in reaction to the action of the waves. Plus if you get caught in a following sea it will force your transom towards China on every swell. Slots are probably best and now with your new found router skills you can pop them out quick.
