Should I have a look-see?

'75 cuddy. Boat, '86 140hp 'rude and trailer, $3700

Really just looking for advice as to whether I should even go see the boat. I'm no surveyor, but I think I have a decent eye for the obvious things to look for.

Any opinions? :)
