My old prop fit!

I wanted to try the prop from my old 140 hp V4 onto my new (used) 150 hp V6. Well...... it fits. I was told I definatley needed a new prop, so I purchased one, here's my thoughts.

Iv'e heard some V4 OB's are commercial and have V6 gearcases. My old model no is: E140TLCOS. Does anyone have any ideas. I want to make sure my new 150 doesn't have a V4 gearcase :o
