Check *Out This 83'

I think i might have a carb or 2 out of tune,I can only tilt my engine up a littil and it starts to run like crap and almost stalls out, makes it hard docking on a shallow lake.It runs like crazy wide open thoe,It tacks 5200 wideopen im not sure how fast i think 40-45 or so by my buddys *boat(frozen speedo).Im not really sure what a 83' 175hp Rude should tack,it fells about right.Im pretty sure its the factory prop. ???
