Default Which 150 would you choose ?

Guys .....
I need an engine for my 88 V20 restoration and have been looking for a while now. I currently have 2 possibilities I am considering - which would you choose ?
1 - a 2004 my "new in box" 150 Yamaha carb model (no prop, controls, etc - just engine) and probably with no warranty as I would mount it myself $6795 at Ed's Marine
2 - a 2002 my 150 Evinrude FICHT, less than 50 hrs (complete with prop, all controls & gauges, etc) with no warranty. Owner says runs great - no issues. I think $5500 will get it.

Thanx, Brian
