I usually launch from the public ramp in Secacus and run down river to Sandy Hook. I've been known to trailer to the Leonardo State Park ramp and launch there. When I lived in Tom's River I used to launch near the Forked River Power Station and run across Barnaget Bay to the light house. Since I moved back up North (Wayne) I tend to just fish for Fluke and Stripers now.. although since I'll be retiring shortly that may change since I'll have a lot more time to devote to my obsession......err....hobby.
