what insurance? i can't get any thanks to Clinton. after the 2 hurricanes of 96. Personally i would steer you clear of the Northern part of the NC coast. there is nothing up there and miles to any major city or airport. stay from Beaufort south if you go coastal. Emerald Isle has been part of my life since early childhood, which was during the ferry days. I grew up vacationing here; and as a teenager coming on the weekends. I knew one day I would live at the Beach. After marrying and having two children, we were able to buy a getaway at Emerald Isle. This was a dream come true. It's a great way to spend more time with your kids and meet their friends.
After my husband died in 1994 and my kids were on their own, I moved to Emerald Isle and started a new life and career with CENTURY 21 Coastland Realty, a great company and a great move for me. Working at the Beach is such a fun market. I love helping buyers find that perfect second home or just the right investment property. I especially love when customers come back to me or refer a friend or family member. What a compliment!
