It's not just "W", I read an article in PM magazine about our oil reserves,
ther is more than we really know what to do with, tree huggers just won't let us get it, they also won't let us build new refineries. I also read an article were the oil minister of Venezuela just made a statement that a barrel of oil will not be sold below $90 and it is the fault of the U.S. economy: http://www.eluniversal.com/2008/04/2...A1528767.shtml
