The Angler looks like a decent boat, wouldn't be a rocket with that motor, a 115 without VRO I believe, but it would be ok.
I'd go low to start, and make a big deal about the little motor and no VRO (I know lots of guys on here disconnect the VRO, but it is a bargaining point that its not on this motor). Go low to start, $5500 maybe? Wear your preacher shirt. That Hydro is a lot more boat than the Angler for the same asking price......plenty of motor but it needs some repair. I wouldn't consider the Jones, you derserve better than that.
