Well here are the doors for the cuddy cabin. The frame is built out of 1" as well as the two side inlays and the louvers are 1/4". Each one is individually morticed in. They will be screwed from the outside before hinge installation to hold it all together.
Definitely the best starboard work Ive ever seen.     I told him about the need for these on here and he is thinking about building them to sell. It just depends on what he can build them for versus the interest. What do yall think? Any takers?
