One thing about conversions, Cuddys take the conversions much better the the CC, as the CC's become a$$ heavy!! There are a few here that have done it and then have added sand bags in the bow, or in another case they were putting in a new gas tank and moving it forward to give it more weight in the bow. to try to level it off better. Also so you want to go with the shortest bracket and the lightest motor you can put on it. There are guys that have 140's with good numbers!! My cuddy had a 28" set back and a 175 Yamaha. But that was a cuddy, CC woulg=d not like that combo and stay a float. I had a cuddy I/O that I converted and it was the best thing I ever did!!
